DesignJet T130
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After installing print cartridges on HP DesignJet T130 the print carriage moved from the cartridge loading compartment on the printer's left side to an inaccessible place on the far right side.  An error message on the display says "The print carriage cannot move.  Open the cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and touch OK."  There is no obstruction, but I noticed when installing the factory-supplied initial print cartridges that after being install they pop out on their own, which I suspect is why the print cartridge is stuck.  There are no other obstructions.  The chat support agent said to unplug the printer and press the power button for 10 seconds and plug it back in, which I did with no change in results.  He then said to return the printer, which is not the easiest to do with a printer this big.  Any other suggestions?  Thank you.
