Product: HP DesignJet T2300 PostScript

So my department recently had a HP DesignJet T2300 PostScript Multifunction Printer donated by another department. I found the following video on setting the printer to automatically update firmware.

However, when I went to run the connectivity wizard, it keeps failing at step 16, confirming the date/time and I'm not sure how to correct the issue.  This seems like pretty basic info that the printer should automatically correct after a power outage/etc.  Any extremely detailed step-by-step suggestions?
