I am unable to print on 8.5" x 11" paper via the Multi-sheet tray. It always prints as if the document is 24" wide, even if the document in Word, Illustrator, or Photoshop is specifically designed to be less than Letter size. I get the following error message on the Display Screen... "(Document name) requires to be printed on 24.0 in. but the printer is currently using 8.108 in.. Please choose among these options. Change paper, Print anyway, Cancel job." Changing the paper just confirms that I'm using the multi-sheet feeder and that it's letter size paper. Print anyway gets me a portion of the printed page, but only about a third of it. I have followed every direction on this website and forced every printer preference to resize to Letter size, to no avail. It was literally just installed by an HP tech, so I doubt it needs new firmware. Please advise. Thank you.
