Product: DesignJet T830 MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have lost the login information to get to most of the parts of my embedded web services page for my DesignJet T830. I do not remember putting in an user name or password when I installed the printer, but the "admin" default does not work. Is there any way to reset the EWS username and password to the default? Seems all that I have found so far involves printers with buttons and not a touchscreen.
