HP DesignJet T920

Hello Everyone,

Could you please help me how can we downgrade the firmware on a HP DesignJet T920?
Recently we updated the firmware to the latest one (MRY_06_00_06.1) but after the update all of the ink cartridges became faulty. All of them was changed a month before and there was no problem with them. We tried to restart the printer without the cartridges and put them back when prompted but it says faulty for all of them. The ink cartridges working well with an other printer (tested with an other T920 and all of them recognised and can be used). Is there any way to downgrade the firmware? We have already tried to downgrade (We got: MRY_04_01_00.2) with USB or on Ethernet but did not let us to do after checking it. Tried to make an EEPROM reset and Hard disk recovery too without success to solve the ink cartridge problem.
Do you have any idea how we can solve this problem?
I think a firmware downgrade will help but could not find any way to do it. Or maybe there is a way to reset the information about the ink cartridges to be recognised as a new but could not find it.
Thank you for any help and sorry for my bad English.

Regards,
Elekresz
