Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone else having problems printing on their HP Designjet 130?

 

Windows 10 is not recognizing it.

 

I am not getting error messages, everytime I open up any program in Adobe to print it throws me out.  Note pad as well.  Will not send test prints either.

 

2nd day I have been working on this problem.

 

Downloaded HP Assistant program and i had to manually enter my serial number for it to add as a printer.

 

Tried different USB cords and ports still not printing.  

 

Machine is very much alive when I power on off everything works.
