Product: HP Designjet 510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have a Designjet 510 42". After a paper jamb we removed the cutter head and re-installed. now the issue is the plotter will not auto cut the paper after a plot. It will cut the paper if we press the cut button on the plotter. The cutter is set to "on" in the setup menu. We have tried powering down and up. The cutter appears to work in manual only. Any help appreciated.
