Product: HP Designjet T770
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I am working at the Police station at Grønland in Oslo in Norway. We have at HP Designjet T770 printer in our office. We har used it som time now. Right now we are heving problem with loading the paper inn the printer. We have done this many times befare. But now the printer has gone bananas. It will not load the paper any lenger. I have tried to reset it, turn it off. But it dosent`help. In the display the message «load cencelled» appar again and again. I have tried to trim the roal without any sucsess. I have tried to feed the roal manualy without any sucsess. To my knowlegde i have done all i can posible do the load a roal of paper. The roal of paper is the same we have used every time. 

 

Have have googled and tried Y-tube without finding any solutions to my problem. 

 

Can you hjelp?
