Product: HP DesignJet Z5600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP DesignJet Z5600 PS HPGL2

When the ink is "low" (by low I mean 25%, which will last me another 8 months at least) An alert pops up on my screen about every 3 minutes or so.

I went to alert setting and turned all alerts to "Never". It still pops up and makes it self the main window open. This is getting frustrating to constantly keep exiting the window.

Where do I go to control these settings? I shouldn't have to replace my cartridge every time it hits 25%.... Please help!
