HP Recommended
Product: Designjet Z3200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just replaced the MK/R printhead on my Z3200, and now I am getting error code 02.1:10. I have read that this could be caused by a faulty printhead, but I cannot access the printhead to change it while the printer is showing the error message!

Is there a way to change the printhead without having access to the menu?
