HP Desgnjet Z6600ps HPGL2
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The company I work for recently purchased an HP Designjet Z6600ps HPGL2 plotter from which I can't print multiple copies within AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017. I can only print one copy at at time no matter how many copies I ask for.

A yellow triangle with an exclamation point appears within the Printing Preferences under the "Layour/Output" tab in the "Output Options" section next to the copies number and collate check box. You can only see this triangle when you access the printing preferences from within AutoCAD's printing dialog.

When I click on the triangle a "Copies/Collate Constraint" dialog box appears and it states the following:

""Copies" and "collate" may not synchronize with ACAD(R21.0.52.0.0). If they do not synchronize, use ACAD's printing dialog to modify these settings."

I did try increasing the number of copies from within the AutoCAD dialog but it still did not work.

I obtained the plotter's full installer driver package from the HP website. As seen here.

It installed with no problems and got no errors. Up to now, all other printing settings work except for multiple copies from AutoCAD.

I also tried more updated drivers for the HPGL2 and PS options from the HP website as seen here and got the same result.
