HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello, I tried to run the diagnostic for mac and it says that everything is fine but the pages are blank after printing, even if the sound looks like the printer is doing its job. The cartridges are almost full and are not refilled, being original from trusted supplier I ordered before.  I have deleted the printer and installed it again and it does the same. On HP smart app it says the status is ready but when I try to print reports I am prompted to a message saying the status is unknown or if it does print a report, the page is still blank. Did you experience this issue with this type of printer? And if yes, how did you solve it? Thank you!
