Deskjet 3055A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all, 

After two years of no issues I have now a problem with my deskjet 3055A printer (the driver says 3050). I've changed the black cartridge and now my laptop which was connected through USB no longer prints. I can print through an Ipad which is connected through the Wifi, I can also scan using my laptop. I can also print the alignment page by using the functions on the display of the printer. When I look up the printer in Settings of Windows it only says 'error'. The troubleshooter does not propose any solutions. 

 

I've tried disconnecting the USB, using another USB port, switched off the printer, took the plug out of the wall socket. 

 

Would anyone here
