Product: HP Deskjet all in one 3055a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I can't connect to wifi on the printer. I have restored default settings under the wireless tab. I have tried WPS via the push button and by entering the pin code on my router's server.
I have tried disconnecting other devices in the house to see if the router has too many connections. It doesn't.
I have reset the router and turned the printer on and off again.
I have contacted my broadband provider and they are out of options.
I have tried to both use synchronised and unsynchronised 2.4ghz and 5ghz settings.
I am now at a loss on what to do.
Do you have any further ideas for support?
Thanks in advance.
Leanne.
