Product: Deskjet 5740

Hello,

 

I have an HP Deskjet 5740 printer.  It is giving the error message of photo tray blocked. I have seen all the steps to try on followed them.  The printer does as some others have posted. It makes a loud noise during its initialization and then gives the error photo tray blocked. There is a response from someone in the forum of private messaging how to do a hard reset . Can someone message me on how to do that for this model printer. I have tried all the other suggestions and none of them have worked.  The photo tray slides freely in the track. Thanks.
