Mein Drucker druckt aus der hp smart app nur pdf Dateien. Direkt-Scan ist möglich und Fotodruck. Bei Druck von Word dateien druckt er weiß. Auch wenn ich ein Worddokument als pdf drucken will, druckt er weiß. Wo kann ich Einstellungen ändern, dass er auch wieder Word Dokumente richtig druckt. Nach der Installation funktionierte er fehlerfrei. Ich nutze WINDOWS10.
