Product: HP ENVY PHOTO 7155

My printer is stuck on the startup screen, and won’t go past the 1st dot. I have tried unplugging it and connecting the power course directly into the wall outlet and plugging it back in. No luck. I’ve left it overnight to see if it just needed more time to reboot but still no luck. Please help!
