Product: HP ENVY Photo 7830

I have seen the above query re blue screen printer error a lot recently, since I have had this trouble myself.

 

It turned out that the issue was to do with the internet/wireless router and not the printer and this https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04760896 solved the problem in its entirety after trying all the normal troubleshooting methods. 

 

So wanted to share - it was not possible to comment on previous posts.
