I've owned a HP ENVY Photo 7855 inkjet printer for over two years now and for the most part, mechanistically, it's been working fine. But recently, when I do two-sided printing, when the printer pulls back the paper to print the second side, there's this bad noise, like there's something problematic with the actual mechanism of the printer.

Is there a way to resolve this problem without having to purchase a replacement? I really like this printer and if I were to replace it, I'd buy the same model. My printer's manufacturer's warranty expired last year. Also, does HP offer any kind of service where I can get my printer exchanged out of warranty for some cost that would be cheaper than having to buy a new printer?

If there's some sort of relatively simple fix to this problem, I'd like to know and just take care of it.
