HELP!

Should i throw my printer out? There is no phone number, the automatic agent doesn't provide me the solution to resolve my problem, i think it may caused by dried ink...but how to clean it.. i use the self-clean option several times, also followed instructions on Youtube by using warm water and wipe the cartridge, but still won't work, i feel bad to throw it out to be honest.
