Product: x476dwmfp
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

HP Easy Start is stuck on "Preparing for device setup".

 

never completes.  Network connection.  I can add the printer manually but can not enable scan to computer from the device.  I have other Macs and they all work.  this one will not 

 

OS is Monterey
