Product: HP Easy Start
Operating System: Other

Attempting to install HP utility and scan software specific to my HP LaserJet Pro 400 color MFP M475dw.

Operating system is MacOS High Sierra v.10.13.  Connecting to printer via WiFi.  Web services are enabled on the printer and I can access the printers built in web server.  The printer is installed in the System Preferences and MacOS  print and scan apps are functional

 

The HP Easy Start app finds my printer but is unable to communicate with it.  See attached screen shots...

From this point the HP software install is a dead end.  Any suggestions are welcome.
