I had an issue with my printer not printing any in black in, my ink was full and brand new and I went through all types of troubleshooting to fix the issue. So apparently this is an occasional issue with HP Envy 4500 all In One printer. I randomly decided to set my printer to monochrome where it prints in black only, I was a tad scared that I would always have to go and do all kinds of stuff in the settings to get color when I needed it, but since I've set my printer to monochrome, it's printing like a champ, like a brand new printer, prints in color and black. Hope this helps anyone having issues getting your HP Envy 4500 all in one print in black ink and color.
