Product: HP Envy 6032
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Envy 6032 will constantly lose connection to Internet even though it has connection to the Wifi and will force me to use the resume button to print. Now it won't even give me the option of using the resume button and the yellow light is on constantly. How can I get it to stay connected to the Internet? The Internet is needed for it to communicate with HP InstaInk, I will be unsubscribing from this useless service.
