HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy 6000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There have been many posts about this problem. None have provided me with a solution that works. The only way to clear the offline error is to cycle power on the printer. I’ve owned many HP printers. This is the first one that has given me so much heartburn. Yes I’ve done a reset. Yes I’ve assigned a fixed IP. Yes the firmware is updated. I’m an IT guy and this vexes me. Please fix it HP.
