Product: HP Envy 8320
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is not copy or scanning but is printing well. When I use copy or scan all I get is an A4 grey or coloured box.
I have spent about 3 hours trying every solution I can find on here and googling - from the basic reboot and plug into new direct power source , to reinstall drivers and software and also I've done the workround with becase of Flash. And using the Windows app to scan. I've checked that print to computer is okay.  It won't copy from the actual printer either.
The only thing I haven't done is drop it - which is seriously one of the solutions to this probelm. I can hear and see that the scanner/copy bar is lit and moving fine. Unbelievable.
This printer is only 2 years old and is my 3rd HP Printer and it's about to be my last unless I can get some ideas how to fix it. Help plase. Many thanks
