Product: HP Envy Pro 6400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm not aware of any changes, other than replacing the black ink cartridge with one I received from HP Smart. The printer app tells me that the ink supply for both black and color is good. I can print a PDF or an email, but when I send a Word document, the pages produced by the printer are blank.
