Product: Hp Envy 7134
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had the printer for a little over a month now and the printer just won't print the area where a footer would be. The page is sent to the printer as A4 with normals printer margins but then the bottom get cut off. This is infuriating as I'm wasting paper for shipping labels and I can't use the printer for A4 page printing as it is a significant section of the page. I've tried printing from pdfs, JPGs, word docs, PowerPoint and more and there are no settings I can see that will affect this. I don't know what to do or if the printer is just faulty.
