Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I recently stopped my Instant Ink Service and today got the message that I could not longer use the instant ink cartridges, so removed them and installed my own hp cartridges.  Now my printer will not print at all.  Scanning does work.  Ink levels are high. I aligned cartridges, then cleaned cartridges 3 times.  All test pages and regular print jobs come out blank.
