Product: HP Envy Pro 6400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer is going offline after 5 minutes.
This started with the June 9, 2021 Firmware update to VASPLSPP1N001,2124B.00

There is a setting for low power that can be changed from 5 minutes to 10 or 15.  I have confirmed, after changing the setting, the printer going offline will change to 10 or 15 minutes respectively but still does go offline.

The only way I've found to get the printer back online is to disconnect / reconnect power.


FYI to the troubleshooters - I have set a hard coded IP address and DNS entries to eliminate DHCP issues.
