HP Envy Pro 6430
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi, we purchased our HP Envy Pro 6430 a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone have any idea why it might be replacing the white and parts of the purple in this document with black? We did the usual hard reset, printhead auto and manual clean and alignment with HP Support but they couldn't provide any solutions beyond that. We thought it may have been a printer issue, but have since found out that it prints as it should from our old HP desktop computer. Could it be related to compatibility or a setting on the new iMac?
