Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had to now disable any firmware updates as you have yet again shipped a firmware that breaks all existing inkjet cartridges. At what point should I expect HP to stop shipping firmware that breaks ink cartridges that work?  This especially bad in the current global situation where people are trying to stay home, work from home, and generally not go out as much as possible. Why was this shipped at this point of time? This is an exceedingly bad choice on multiple levels.

 

Please stop the rollout of this firmware before it costs others and potentially impacts their personal health at this time.
