Hi,

I cannot scan from my computer. HP Scan says "HP Imaging-Device not found". I've deinstalled and reinstalled the device/drivers multiple times and the Problem persists on multiple PCs in our office.

The printer is connected via Network, when I open HP Scan the printer doesn't get found automatically, I have to manually type the IP adress. After the "initialization" the scan software says "Software is installed and device is connected" , opens a Website to register the product, but afterwards the Problem persists.

The device is not found by my computer under "Device Manager" (windows). There is no "Imaging Device" section. If i click on Action-> Add Legacy Hardware i can choose Imaging Devices but not The Printer.
Windows Imaging Acquisition is enabled.

I Tried to use HP Print and Scan Doctor, but i can only click on "Fix Printing". "Fix Scanning" is greyed out.
