Hello Gang,

My hard drive died recently and after installing a new one and all my software I went to the HP website to download my software and lo and behold HP has deleted most of the original software only offering the most basic drivers. I opened a chat with a HP rep and was told that because they considered it an obsolete model (planned obsolescence at its worst) that they had apparently taken the proactive measure of deleting the software from their website. I find it mind boggling that a company would pay an employee to go into the supposed "customer service" area of their own website to delete the software for their products.  Does anyone a safe source for this software for this printer? And sorry for the weird screen name as I tried every possible name to log onto this site and it would not allow me to do so until I just banged random keys until it let me on. Yikes, this is like pulling teeth.
