HP Laser Jet Pro CM1415fnw  remove shipping locks error when installing new yellow cartridge.  I can see that I am not the only person to run into this problem.  I haven't found anyone who posted that any of the suggested solutions worked.  I have tried the hard reset, three times.  It is a brand new toner cartridge.  The old cartridge, reinsterted, makes the problem go away, and the printer will still print black.  But rather expensive black printer.  Also expensive cartridge.  Wonder if Office Depot will take back?  More suggestions?  Thanks,  Charlotte
