HP Recommended
Product: Laser Jet Pro M12a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a HP LaserJet Pro M12a. When I plug in the usb, its hows the printer name in the device option but I can't print. and I've also installed drivers but it's no good. I've attached an image in which even after driver installation it's not showing printer properties or preferences.
