Product: HP Laser jet Pro MFP M28a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
 

HP Laser jet Pro MFP M28a, hi i have a problem with this printer, initially  the problem was only in muy mac as i could not scan, than since i updated the firmware it no longer works , the pc does not see it connected and the green light of the printer continues to blink.

 

i need the help or the old firmware FW20190124
