Product: HP LaserJet M4555 MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

Hi 

 

Please can you help in resolving an issue with HP LeserJet M4555 not scanning 

 

Printer was re-formatted and now is unable to scan with error "The access verification could not write to folder with the provided credentials"

 

The credentials used have full access to folder which is shared out across the network.

 

Any help much appreciated
