HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet CP2025n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP LaserJet CP2025 and I just installed a new yellow toner, but the printer still thinks it's using the old toner. I ordered a genuine HP toner from an authorised reseller.

I then restarted the printer and the toner went from 99% down to 1% and said that it had printed 2130 pages.

Is there a solution please? Thank you.
