Product: HP LaserJet MFP M527
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP,

I've recently upgraded to Featursmart5 directly from 3 my HP M527. Thanks for many improvements but now I see many more items being locked especially the fax section! requiring administrator password. I tried to reset the Printer but can't get access to service section either. I found this topic in the forums  <https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-LaserJet-MFP-M527-Reset/...couldn't figure out the problem.

Please let me know how I can do a clean RESET.
