Hello All,

my HP LaserJet P1505n suddenly stopped working. It is connected to my notebook via USB, never has been connected through network.

In Win10 device and printers panel it shows as inactive and no properties nor queue tab can be accessed.

I've tried to remove the printer and reinstall it, along with drivers, and also to replace the cable.

I've then downloaded HP Scan Doctor and performed entire troubleshooting procedure twice, at the end of which the software suggests to seek for support.

Currently first led (i suppose is related to the cartridge) is on and orange, but i have already replaced the cartridge and also succeded in printing a Self Test page via the dedicated button on the printer, so i can assume the ink is ok.

The issue seems related to the communication within notebook and the printer, which is making it unusable.

Thank you for your support.
