HP Recommended
Product: LaserJet P2015d
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Until two days ago, my iMac computer [2017] was capable of flawlessly printing to my ancient HP LaserJet P2015d through a USB-cable. Now, according to the Print Queue, the printing instruction appears, then quickly disappears, without the printer printing the document. I'm wondering if this is due to the latest update to macOS Catalina [version 10.15.7]. I did try installing the *.dmg -- HPPrintersDrivers5.1 -- as an alternative, which was recommended by a community member last year. However, that solution did not work. Can someone recommend a workable solution?
