Product: HP LaserJet P2035
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP LaserJet P2035 printer and a Canon MG7720 Color Printer running MS Windows 10 and MS Word 365.

 

The Word 365 was installed last month. Before that I had MS Word 2016.

 

I do a lot of duplex printing on both printers and until I upgraded to Word 365 had no difficulties at all on either printer.

 

Now with MS Word 365 two options of duplex printing are not available for the HP printer; “Print on Both Sides – Flip Pages on Long Edge” and “Print on Both Sides – Flip Pages on Short Edge”. They are still available when I print to the Canon printer. The only option available when printing to the HP on both sides is “Manually Print on Both Sides”.

 

Is this a software problem that can be resolved or is it something that I’m just going to have to live with?
