HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet Pro 501dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Searching downloads for this model and operating system returns no results accross 3 different browsers even though the page detects the operating system. Attempting to use the change selection option to force results to be returned didn't work. Tried from multiple Dell computers

 

HP LaserJet Pro M501dn

Win7 x64

 

NOTE: Which the product specs clearly state that this is a supported operating system

 

PROBLEM: Poor website navigation. Why be fancy, just let us select the driver we need. In this case:  HP_LaserJet_Pro_M501-Full_Solution_17271.exe

 

The only solution that I found was to navigate away from the search page several pages and then use the back button iin IE to get the driver to apear on the page. Really frustrating. Hope this helps someone.
