My printer (it’s an HP Laserjet M1217f multi function printer) is set up wirelessly and it used to be upstairs on the main floor. I would print typically without issues; at times I’d have issues with the printer turning offline and not booting back up if it was not in use for a few hours. I fixed this problem by turning off the auto-off option. I recently moved the printer downstairs and due to this, and the WiFi working intermittently I plugged an Ethernet cable in to the printer. It worked for a small amount of time with no problems however now it doesn’t work. If I unplug the ethernet cable the wireless works and the signal strength is good. As soon as I plug in the ethernet cable, the connection report states that it failed. So unplugged the network report shows no issues, when plugged by Ethernet the network report shows that the printer is not connected and when I try to print it says the printer is offline. What are troubleshooting options for this as I need it to be connected
