Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

My HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf won't print from either of my connected computers, one a Windows 10 and the other a Windows 8.1.  Both of these say that the printer is offline. 

 

Also, when I go to look at the printer and restart it or try to change settings on the actual printer, none of the buttons will respond.  More than half of the time that I restart the printer, it doesn't fully start up, but freezes in the middle of rebooting.

 

I've tried multiple different fixes for both/either of these problems, but nothing has worked.  Restarted the computers, reinstalled the driver on the Windows 8.1, and tried clicking the "use offline" button in the Print settings.  But nothing has worked.

 

If anyone has any helpful hints or fixes, I'd really appreciate it!!
