HP LaserJet Pro M203dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a mailing address from a Windows 10 computer, MS Word 2016 to my LaserJet M203dw. I am using the Mailings > Envelopes procedure within Word and inserting the envelope via manual feed in the orientation as described w/in the Envelope procedure within Word. The address prints in the proper orientation and in the correct horizontal position. The vertical position of the address, however, is incorrect. The bottom half of the last address line prints at the top edge of the envelope.

Is there some setting I can adjust to tell the printer the position of the envelope? Perhaps in the browser-printer control interface?

Printing envelopes seemed to be working last night, and printing 8 1/2 x 11 documents still is working. I did interact with a HP tech earlier today regarding an unrelated problem and he performed some maintenance (drum cleaning) via the browser-printer interface.
