Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I've been chasing this error for quite some time and still have found no resolution. Windows 10 has been updated recently to Windows 10 Home Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.572).

A few things I've tried already:
1. I've tried the suggestions here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Software-and-Drivers/Printer-won-t-print-after-recent-Windows-...
2. I can NOT print via wired connection
3. I can NOT print via wireless connection
4. I've disabled my firewall and antivirus system, BitDefender
5. I've disabled Windows Firewall
6. I can ping the printer via IP address and DNS

I should preface this by saying that the HP driver package did work flawlessly when I first purchased it; however for the past year it has only given me grief.

Jul/2020. The HP installation does not detect the printer via IP, hostname, or auto detect

Jul/2020. HP Print and Scan Doctor 3.5.1 was not able to solve the issue. It was able to see the printer, but not install the driver?

Aug/2020. I _can_ print the information sheet from HP Smart Panel -> HP Web Services -> Web Services Setup

Aug/2020. Installed the "Microsoft PCL6 Class Driver." It prints the "Test Page" and documents from Microsoft Word.

Sep/2020. "Microsoft PCL6 Class Driver" has no option to print on both sides.

Nov/2020: Manually installed HP printer driver without using the automatic installation. The printer still doesn't print.

Dec/2020: Prints a PDF via Google Drive using the "online print dialog" and using the "system dialog," but will not print via Acrobat Reader or Acrobat windows software.

... so at the moment, I'm using the Microsoft PCL6 Class Driver which somewhat "works", but ideally, I would like to use the HP driver instead.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thank-you.

Chris.
