HP LaserJet Pro P1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hallo from Munich,

I am using a HP LaserJet Pro P1102w (CE657A) as wireless printer since ten years. Since end of 2019 with a Lenovo IdeaPad S145-15IWL running Windows Home 10 64-Bit. Everything was fine. Now I had to change my router from a Technicolor Vodafone-Station CGA4233DE to an Arris VodafoneStation Touchstone TG3442DE. The router looks the same and Vodafone says that it's the same inside. Just the producer is a different one. All my devices work fine with the new router - accept my HP P1102w. Certainly I downloaded and installed the new driver and firmware from the HP-P1102w-Support-website. And I uninstalled HP-Smart as I read in this forum, that this Windows 10 app is not working with the HP LS P1102w. (By the way: During the installation process for the P1102w the use of the app is recommended anyway.) And after uninstallation ot HP-Smart I also uninstalled the P1102w completely and all new again.

Here is the problem: The HP P1102w is connected to the Router via the 2,4-GHz-Network. I can see this in the routers software. I can print from my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S7). But if I want to print from may Lenovo laptop nothing happens. In the print queue window it says "Attention" (In German: Achtung) behind the printer name and "Error - printing" (Fehler - wird gedruckt) in the status field.

What may I do now? Thanks a lot for your help!
