Product: hp Laserjet 3380 mfp
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Everything working well for a long time, no recent changes, but now printer will not print and displays "no print cartridge" message with flashing orange light. I've removed and reinserted the cartridge numerous times (genuine OEM), and cleaned cartridge contacts, but message persists.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Could the cartridge have failed in some way? - seems to have lots of toner.
